Recently, Mr. Raymond Chen, the director of NEON-LED Group received the Judgments that NEON-LED take the inventive patent of Neo-Neon as non-effective for LED NEON-FLEX from the State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) of P. R. China by DOC 11842. After read these documents, you will know the result,we successfully take NEO-NEON's inventive patent as non-effective. The rights in the patent have 13 articles we totally canceled their 10 articles included absolute right 1.

By the reason mentioned before, Neo-Neon take a court to NEON-LED was the game of business that to press a new factory to stop them grow-up by their strong money. But NEON-LED grow-up strongger by their own technology and NEON-LED will show more new products on Hongkong International lighting Fair 2008, Hongkong at Hongkong Convention and Exhibition Centre, Expo Drive Hall, Booth Room EDJ09 at 2008-10-27 to 30. NEON-LED win the Judgment of lawsuit for LED NEON-FLEX Patents

Recently, Mr. Raymond Chen, the director of NEON-LED Group received the Judgments from Guangzhou Court for the lawsuit between Neo-Neon and Neon-Led for LED NEON-FLEX patents.

Since Jan. 2007, a dissension about the LED NEON-FLEX patent was host by Neo-Neon and Neon-Led in the Guangzhou Court . After polarize violently in the cour and the case of required by Mr. Raymond Chen to ruled Neo-Neon's patent as non-effective at the State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) of P. R. China, this lowsuit lasted drearily over half a year.

At the end of July 2007, the court has accepted petition from Neo-Neon to abnegate their claim to ended this case finally.

Raymond Chen, the Factory Director of NEON-LED Group, has take a claim at The State Intellectual Property Office of P. R. China (SIPO) to adjudge Neo-Neon's patent ZL 200320130244.9 as noneffective patent. Recently, The State Intellectual Property Office of P. R. China (SIPO) accepted our appeal of filing a Case W508475.

Heshan Yinyu Lighting-Decoration Ltd, the factory of Neo-Neon Holding Company Limited, announced that it had filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Raymond Chen and NEON-LED at Guangzhou Local Court. We have to let our clients, friends and all peoples work at the decorative lighting field to know a fact, that iLight Technologies, an LED lighting manufacturer based in Chicago, has filed a lawsuits against Tivoli (Tivoli, LLC of Santa Ana, California is a joint venture between Targetti North America and Neo-Neon Holding Company Limited) at March 24, 2006 already. The case filed in the US District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee (Case no. 2-060026) . iLight Technologies says that Tivoli has created a copy of the Plexineon product and has ignored iLight's patent rights in the United States. That's clearly to understand that Neo-Neon's patent ZL 200320130244.9 was a copy and distinctly, it was noneffective patent.

Raymond Chen, Several years ago was a Vice-Chief Engineer of Neo-Neon, work from 1994, was the first engineer for decorative lighting series of Neo-Neon till 2000. He designed and lead the R&D term designed more and more new products and apply many patents for the boss of Neo-Neon but no list name on the patent licenses and record. However, even left Neo-Neon over 6 years, He still focus the lighting and have more and more good ideas for LED lighting. He lead his own team developed their patented product LED NEON-FLEX as well as Glass Neon lighting effect and make distinctions absolutely than Neo-Neon's patent.
